At The Other Comedy Company, we're not your typical comedy organization; we're a vibrant community dedicated to independent professional development and high-quality service offerings. We hire comedians and facilitators on a contract basis, offer above-market rates and expect that everyone we hire is a comedy professional reinvesting in their own careers. There will be opportunities to collaborate or cross-promote but we work contract-to-contract with no expectations for the people who work with us to be exclusive to our brand. What matters most is that we're bringing our clients the best possible shows in terms of quality and facilitated sessions that leave a lasting impact on the learners.

Are you a comedian looking to fill your calendar with corporate and community work? Or perhaps you're interested in leveraging your comedic talents to facilitate personal and professional growth in others? If so, we would love to hear from you!
What We Offer:
- Dynamic Performance Opportunities: From corporate gigs to community events, we offer a wide range of stages for you to showcase your talent.
- Competitive Rates: We do not offer club rates and pay a living wage that accounts for travel costs.
- A Supportive Community: Everyone you work with will be a seasoned comedian with a minimum of 10 years performing professionally in Canada.
- Flexibility: We hire comedians and facilitators on a contractual basis, giving you the freedom to align your work with us around your existing commitments.
Who We're Looking For:
- Seasoned Comedians: We are actively seeking comedians with 10+ years of professional performance experience who have professional credits to their name.
- Engaging Facilitators: If you have experience leading workshops or seminars and can use your humour to engage and inspire, we want you on our team. All our programs come with paid-training.
- Team Players: Collaboration is key in our community. We value individuals who are supportive, adaptable, and always willing to contribute to our collective success.

- Video: Include a short video (no longer than 5 minutes) showcasing your act or facilitation skills.
- Entertainment Bio: Provide a brief bio highlighting your experience in comedy, including any notable performances, awards, or recognitions.
